Our Story

As Thai Japan Group began in the Samphanthawong district, the primary textiles market in Thailand, the company’s core began with sales in the local market. Since then however, the company has relocated to a six storey building in Issraphap Soi 5, Somdejchaopraya, Bangkok.

Thai Japan Group formed a solid and mutually beneficial relationship with supplier Lucky Tex (Thailand) Public Company Limited in the 1970’s – with an exclusive partnership and monopoly on several items being sold in Thailand and abroad. Lucky Tex (Thailand) is one of the leading textiles manufacturers in Thailand and entered the stock exchange in 1998.

In addition to that, Thai Japan Group itself imports various types of fabrics including woven cottons, polyesters, rayon/viscose as well as yarns for sale in the local market.

One unique selling point is the relationships Thai Japan has created with a variety of shipping companies, as well as its superior methods of distribution and warehousing of goods in Thailand. Our numerous warehouses in and out of the city as well as our sizeable transport fleet means goods reach customers exactly when they require it, at competitive rates.
